Return Process

  Log into your COMAN account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
